- Scouting activities for investment and in-licensing opportunities for early stage oncology and anti-bacterial therapies to provide continuous market intelligence and lifting brand awareness for North America.
- Defined, developed and implemented client engagement and business strategies securing partnerships with Big Pharma, Biotech, Government research laboratories and academic clients for an Austrian Metabolomics company.
- Spearheaded business case development cases presenting strategic plans, global growth and expansion endeavors by providing evaluation and recommendations on competition, supply chain and logistics, customer acquisition, localization insights, procurement, pricing, as well as navigating regulatory issues and other barriers to entry.
- Established a North American representative office for Australia’s largest Phase I Clinical Research Organization (CRO).
